30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love every piece of gear you get from Stride. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn and in original condition

• Original packaging must be included

• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

• Items showing wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible

How to Return

   Email us at team@stride.madethis.app with your order number and reason for return.

   We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.

   Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back.

   Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.).
